“For paying $30 for the ride from airport. After arrival, No sign for our name and we need to call after 25 minutes wait. Then he show up but the car is old with cigarette smell and is not what I asked for.”

“We did a pickup from SGN Airport to our hotel and district 1. The communication was really good with this company. They messaged me the day after I booked and gave me instructions for the day of. Then, they followed up with the actual person we would be meeting and she gave good instructions on how to find her once we got outside of the terminal. I took off 1 star because we had to wait for more than 10 minutes for the driver. This is just really nitpicking because it was late and we'd spent 30 hours traveling and were tired.”
